WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?
Deliveries are made up to 1 hour before the start of your event. Collection times will be communicated to you at time of booking and at set up stage.

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL?
Our inflatables are delivered on a sack barrow and we need adequate clear access for this (approximately 3ft depending on the inflatable ordered). Please ensure the paths or access to your garden are free from obstacles, we will need access to mains power electricity within 20 metres of where you would like the unit sited. Please prepare the site prior to our arrival. In the summer months we run to a tight schedule to ensure that all of our customers are delivered to and collected from on time. Our delivery staff may not be able to wait whilst the access and/or site is cleared and prepared.

 

DO YOU BELONG TO ANY TRADE ASSOCIATIONS?
We are members of the B.I.H.A. (British Inflatable Hirers Association), we are also members of TIPE (The Inflatable Play Enterprise).

 

DO YOU HIRE CASTLES OVERNIGHT?
Overnight hire is available, but will incur an additional charge. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. Contact Party Wales.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS? – Yes if a castle is available – call us today on 07951775711 to check availability.

 

DO YOU FULLY INSTALL THE BOUNCY CASTLE?
We do everything for you. We deliver and fully install the inflatable and safety mats ready for use. We will give you a safety demonstration and go through with you written safety instructions which lists all the do’s and don'ts , for example, what to do if there should be heavy rain etc and collect and fully dismantle all equipment at the end of your booking.

 

WILL THE INFLATABLE GO IN A HALL?
The majority of our inflatable equipment is suitable for a hall. However, we advise you to check the height of the ceilings with the hall prior to booking.

 

DO YOU HIRE ADULT EQUIPMENT?
Yes we have Adult castles.

 

DO YOU OFFER INFLATABLES FOR HIRE FOR SCHOOL FETES?
We do hire equipment for school fetes.

 

CAN I HIRE FROM YOU AND CHARGE PEOPLE TO USE THE INFLATABLE?

Sub-letting or charging for use of castles and inflatables provided by Party Wales is strictly forbidden without the prior written approval of Party Wales.

 

DO YOU HAVE PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE?

You can safely book your party with us knowing that we are covered by £5 million worth of public liability insurance. Public liability insurance covers us against any accidents that may occur due to poor quality equipment or negligence caused by ourselves but we pride ourselves on our 100% safety record and test equipment annually and train our staff. But If you would like extra protection or have a public event or party that you are holding then we can also recommend Leisure Insure who provide you with affordable Day cover.

Our Public liability insurance covers our set up of the inflatable and any Accidents due to a fault with the inflatable itself. It does not cover accidents due to lack of supervision or misuse of the inflatable.

This is standard for all inflatables hire companies. If this is a concern, we offer supervision at £15 per hour which would then include accidents occurring under our supervision. Alternatively, you can take out the day cover above from Leisure insure.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP?
It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to install or collect our equipment depending on which inflatable is ordered and ease of access.

 

CAN I COLLECT THE INFLATABLE FROM YOU?
No. We need to install and collect our inflatables ourselves for safety reasons and insurance constraints.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY BOOKING?
We do not charge for cancellations due to bad weather. If you need to make a cancellation please notify us as soon as possible.
